LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Serenity Tress and/or Serenitytress.com (the site) which are the same entity is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for the order. Upon inquiry, Serenity Tress and/or SerenityTress.com (the site) which are the same entity will provide information of the delivery date, and the address that was provided, for the customer to follow up on.
If you wish to cancel your order, we must receive notification from you before the order is processed. We cannot cancel your order once it has shipped. If you refuse to accept your package when it arrives, we will not be responsible for your order and we will not issue any refunds.
